Evaluation of Your Current Systems
We take you through each of the 9 systems step-by-step and determine what you are currently doing in each of these areas. Our policy is to NOT reinvent the wheel. If something is working for you, we want it to continue to work for you and not change it.
Your Individualized Systems Development
We build and refine what’s currently working for you in a particular area and merge it with the components from our system that best compliment yours. We then build out a clearly defined, repeatable system for you, with you and around you and your business.
As we complete each of your new systems, we guide you through the critical implementation stage. This the most important component of the process but also, where most advisors drop the ball. We troubleshoot your new systems with you on a weekly basis and help you integrate your new systems into your current business.
Each week, we hold you accountable to taking the baby steps you need to take to make your new systems a success and to propel you to your next level of production. We are with you every step of the process as your coach, your conscience and your biggest advocate.

Our individualized coaching services are available in 6-month coaching packages consisting of 24 weekly coaching calls each 30 minutes in length. After coaching financial advisors for over 10 years, we have found that weekly calls are far more effective from an accountability standpoint than the bi-weekly calls many coaches offer. All our coaching packages include unlimited e-mail so we are basically on call for you. We begin everyone with a free 45 minute complimentary coaching call to learn more about you and your business and to determine if we are the best coaching fit for you. Coaching packages begin at $3000 for 24 weeks of coaching.
