Executive Transformations was founded by Erin Tamberella in 2004.  We develop and build clearly defined, repeatable systems for financial advisors that are unique to the individual and designed specifically to forge deeper client relationships.

These deeper relationships and the system built around them give the advisor the power to leverage their existing book for significantly more assets and referrals. At Executive Transformations, we have consistently proven that the PRO (Powerful Relationships Operations) System results in increased financial advisor revenue as well as a greater sense of purpose and a more meaningful career.

Our Philosophy

A very dear friend and client of ours sent us a little book called The Go Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann.  It resonated so deeply with us that we adopted it as our core business philosophy.  We also highly recommend it to all of our clients.  Everything we do at Executive Transformations is based on these Five Laws of Stratospheric Success.

The Law of Value

Our true worth is determined by how much more we give in value than we take in payment.

The Law of Compensation

Our income is determined by how many people we serve and how well we serve them.

The Law of Influence

Our influence is determined by how abundantly we place other people’s interests first.

The Law of Authenticity

The most valuable gift we have to offer is ourselves.

The Law of Receptivity

The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.

Erin has sat in the seat and experienced the daily challenges of a financial advisor firsthand.  She spent 17 years as a financial advisor and three years as a producing branch manager.

Originally from New Orleans, Erin began her career while still in college working part time for a small, local firm.  In 1985, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of New Orleans.

She was registered in August of 1987, two months before the stock market crashed.  Her very first month in production at the age of 28, she was diagnosed with cancer.  Determined to succeed, she spent her first three years in production balancing the challenges of being a rookie with bone marrow biopsies, chemotherapy and radiation.

After beating cancer and excelling in her rookie years, she was recruited by Dean Witter.  Ready for a change of scenery, she transferred to the Morgan Stanley branch in Billings, Montana and would later help open the Missoula, Montana branch.  She spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, three of those years as a producing branch manager.  During her management years, she recruited four established FAs from various firms including Smith Barney, Wachovia and UBS. She also hired and trained several trainees.

Erin attended the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching in Chicago and is a Certified Empowerment Coach.  She left Morgan Stanley at the end of 2004 to start her FA Coaching firm, Executive Transformations.  She now coaches financial advisors from all over the country and from all different firms.   In addition to coaching, she is also a regular Horsesmouth contributor.

In 2005, Erin traveled to Guatemala to adopt her beautiful baby boy who is the love of her life.  In 2009, they traded the snow and mountains of Montana for the sun and beach of Florida.  She currently lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her 7 year old son, Caleb, dog, Luke and turtle, Crush.

Besides coaching, Erin loves kayaking, yoga, the beach and showing Caleb the world.  She is an avid writer and is currently working on her first book which is industry related and her first screenplay which is not.
