About Us    

Erin Tamberella spent 17 years as a financial advisor, 11 years with Morgan Stanley and three years as a producing branch manager. During her three years as a manager for Morgan Stanley, she recruited four established FAs from various firms including Smith Barney, Wachovia and UBS. She also hired and trained several trainees. 

She now coaches financial advisors all over the country and her coaching is industry specific. In addition to coaching, Erin writes a monthly e-newsletter, FA Coach which is received by more than 1300 financial advisors nationwide. She is also a regular Horsesmouth contributor. 

Erin attended the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching in Chicago and is a Certified Empowerment Coach. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of New Orleans. She has owned and operated her FA Coaching firm, Executive Transformations since retiring from Morgan Stanley in 2004.

Erin currently resides on Gulf Breeze, FL with her 5 year old son, Caleb and dog, Luke. Besides coaching, Erin loves kayaking, yoga, traveling and the beach.
