Coaching Process

Erin works with advisors nationwide to help them build clearly defined repeatable systems for their business.  She begins with the basic systems she developed through 17 years of experience as a financial advisor, 11 of those with Morgan Stanley and three as a producing branch manager for Morgan Stanley.  However, hers is not a cookie-cutter approach.  She tailors the systems to the individual advisor and their style.  This gives the advisor a systematic approach to their business that they can use for the rest of their career.

Essential systems the advisor works with Erin to develop: 

  • Client contact system--includes comprehensive book segmentation, structured client contact schedule, automation, leveraging the book for referrals, introductions and additional assets
  • Complete referral system--includes referral conditioning techniques, Referral Detective Strategy© as a complete, systematic approach to generating referral business, referral drip system
  • New business system--specific to the individual advisor; includes highly structured prospect drip system, McDonald's Approach to Prospect Appointments©
  • Time management/organization system--includes identifying and controlling time leaks, techniques for increasing daily effectiveness and productivity, building a system of accountability, developing tracking systems because you can never win the game if you don't know the score
  • Helping the advisor build consistent habits by holding them accountable on a weekly basis

General Coaching Information:

In coaching, we take a challenge or goal and break it down into workable action steps that the FA must take on a week to week basis to accomplish their objectives. The coach’s role is to help define necessary action steps and hold the FA accountable to taking appropriate action weekly. 

All FA Coaching is done in 12 week packages. Experience has demonstrated that it takes roughly 12 weeks to develop a workable plan and have that plan integrated into an FA’s business model. The package includes 12 weekly 30-minute coaching calls and unlimited e-mail. In addition to regular weekly calls, if the FA has a particularly challenging situation, the coach remains on call for them. This can become particularly important in transition coaching for new recruits. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. 

All coaching begins with a FREE Complimentary Coaching Session. Because every coach is different just as every FA is different, the complimentary session allows the FA to experience coaching firsthand. It also allows the coach to determine if a good coaching fit exists. FAs find these complimentary sessions extremely valuable regardless of whether they choose to proceed with coaching.
